We know how busy you are and we know how much you love a good meal. But the fact is in this stressful world we live in, it’s not always easy to set aside a few hours to meal prep or make yourself a feast for the vegan king/queen that you are.
Scientific studies show that people who work 40+ hours a week tend to do less healthy eating. The reasons (read: excuses) given were common and ones we can easily relate to: cost, stress, limited knowledge of how to prepare healthy foods, and taste preferences.
The biggest reason reported, however, is that they didn’t have enough time to plan, shop, or prep healthy meals; they simply went for what’s convenient.
We hear you--we are you--that’s why we’ve accumulated our favorite vegan recipes for dinner that can be easily thrown together in an instant to satisfy all major cravings.
Put the chip bag down and pick up your chef’s hat. If you’ve got just ten short minutes, we can help you whip up something more delicious and 100x more filling.
No complicated recipes and no strange ingredients. All simple, all delicious, and as always, all vegan.
